We believe the key to wellness is variety.  The Working Well provides services in the four areas of wellness:

EatingWell  -  is one of the cornerstones of wellness.  We use a fun and innovative approach to teach employees about nutrition and eating well so that they feel great, maintain constant energy throughout the workday and carry that positive energy into their home life.

BeingWell™  uses ancient practices and modern science to teach employees practical techniques for managing stress and creating relaxation in a fat and complicated world.  Employees benefit from their ability to turn their desk into a workday sanctuary.

MovingWell  equips employees to break the chains of the sedentary workplace.  Yoga, Tai Chi and customized fitness programs get your workforce energized and engaged in their work.

DoingWell  -  teaches employees skills that are directly applied in the everyday workplace.  Practical knowledge and education in desk space organization, time management, and interpersonal conflict resolution help employees to manage common stressors.
